8. Analytics, Education, and Machine Learning Using De-Identified Data
If you choose to share information with us through our site or during care (for example, by uploading documents or supplying device data), we may use de-identified and aggregated information for quality improvement, internal education, analytics, and to develop or evaluate clinical decision-support and other tools (including machine-learning models).
- Data types: device telemetry (e.g., CPAP), hearing-aid logs, imaging files (CT/ultrasound), audiology test results, timestamps/technical metadata.
- De-identification: We remove direct identifiers and apply reasonable techniques to prevent re-identification.
- Vendors: We may engage service providers to host, process, or analyze de-identified data under contracts that restrict use and require security.
- No re-identification: We prohibit re-identification and do not combine de-identified data with other data to identify you.
- Your choice: You may contact us to request that we exclude your data from de-identified analytics going forward (this won’t affect prior datasets already created).
- Retention & security: We retain de-identified datasets only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect them using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
9. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Advanced ENT’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Message Frequency & Fees. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Your carrier’s rates apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in consent or mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing. We may share limited information with vendors that help us send texts (such as messaging platform providers, aggregators, and carriers) solely to deliver messages on our behalf, subject to confidentiality and use restrictions. No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties.
How to Opt Out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we may send a one-time confirmation text. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details in the “Contact” section below. We honor opt-out requests for all automated SMS from us.
Program Description. Our SMS program is strictly informational and non-marketing. SMS is not a substitute for medical advice or emergency care. Call 911 in an emergency. Carriers & Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier network and device compatibility.
Changes. We may modify or discontinue the SMS program or these terms at any time, with updates posted on this page. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
