Marisa Reeser, a dedicated healthcare professional hailing from Watertown, CT, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as the newest Ear, Nose, and Throat Physician Assistant (PA). Born and raised in Watertown, Marisa’s journey into the medical field was marked by a passion for healing and a commitment to excellence.

Marisa laid the foundation for her career at Quinnipiac University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Sciences in 2017. Her time at Quinnipiac equipped her with a strong academic background and a solid understanding of medical imaging techniques. As an undergraduate, Marisa excelled both academically and personally, setting the stage for her future endeavors in healthcare.

Before embarking on her journey to become a PA, Marisa gained invaluable experience as a radiologic technologist, specializing in operating room and trauma imaging. Her hands-on experience in these critical areas of healthcare not only honed her technical skills but also instilled in her a deep sense of empathy and compassion for patients facing medical challenges.

As a clinical instructor for radiology students, Marisa found fulfillment in sharing her knowledge and expertise with the next generation of healthcare professionals. Her role as an educator further solidified her commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.

Driven by her passion for advancing her medical career, Marisa pursued further education at Marist College in New York, where she completed her PA program and graduated in 2023. Her time at Marist College was marked by dedication, hard work, and a relentless pursuit of excellence in her studies.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Marisa finds joy and relaxation in various personal interests and hobbies. An avid nature enthusiast, she enjoys spending her free time immersed in the great outdoors, whether it’s hiking through picturesque landscapes or exploring tranquil forests. Her love for travel has taken her to breathtaking destinations around the world, where she indulges in her passion for snorkeling and experiencing diverse cultures.

Marisa’s thirst for knowledge and cultural immersion led her to study abroad in Dublin, Ireland, where she gained invaluable insights into radiology practices in an international setting. Additionally, she had the privilege of studying abroad with the Chief of Surgery at Roy Lester Schneider Hospital in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, further enriching her understanding of healthcare delivery and patient care in diverse environments.

As the newest addition to the Ear, Nose, and Throat medical team, Marisa Reeser brings with her a unique blend of clinical expertise, compassion, and a commitment to excellence.
